波纹竖壁下降液膜的传热

摘    要:对波纹竖直壁面上的降落液膜换热进行实验研究,用比拟理论,按膜厚与阻力的对应关系,对这种情况下的换热进行简化分析,并与实验结果比较。结果表明,波纹壁面对换热的强化呈周期性变化,随波幅增大而增大,随波纹周期增大而减小,液膜进口温度的升高或加热功率的增大都使换热特性降低。

Abstract:Experiments on the heating of subcooled falling liquid films over a vertical shallow sinusoidal plate were carried out. With the relationship between film thickness and friction force the wall exerts on it, a simple analysis based on the analogy method was proposed. Effects on the heat transfer of the smusoidal characteristics, the film inlet temperature and the heat flux were discussed. Comparison between the experiment and the analysis shows the validation of the present study.
