“以文化人”的基本要求与实践路径

“以文化人”是文化的基本功能，不同的时代、不同的历史时期有不同的文化，不同的文化发挥着不同的化人功能。在市场经济和改革开放的新形势下，要使文化真正成为民族的血脉和人民的精神家园，就必须解决这么几个关键问题：一是拿什么化。要重视文化之“魂”的熔铸，消除以文化人方面存在的“一高二空”现象，使社会主义核心价值体系更加深入人心，最大限度地凝聚思想共识。二是化什么。要研究现实的人的新变化。三是怎么化。要把握以文化人的方法与路径，树立“化人”的自觉意识和主体意识，注重“化人”的载体建设。还要坚持“化人”的“三贴近”原则。
