己二酸绿色合成在有机化学实验教学中的应用

摘    要:以30%H2O2作为氧化剂,用钨酸和磺基水杨酸作为催化体系,催化氧化己二醇合成己二酸,考察了催化剂体系用量和反应时间对己二酸产率的影响。实验结果表明增加催化剂体系用量可使反应在较短时间获得较高产率,该绿色合成己二酸方法适合学生实验的开展。

Abstract:Adipic acid is synthesized by tungstic acid and suffosalicylic acid catalyzed oxidation cyclo-hexanol with 30% hydrogen peroxide. The effects of catalyst amount and reaction time on the yield of adipic acid are investigated. The results show when the mole ratio of tungstophosphoric acid: cyclo-hexanol: hydrogen peroxide equals 1: 250: 1125, the isolated yield of adipic acid can reach 50% under such temperature in 4 - 6 h. The catalyst can be used repeatedly. It also shows that this process has many advantages such as simpleoperation, no pollution and meeting the requirement of green syn- thesis. The experiments show that the increased amount of catalysts can obtain high yield in a short time. The green synthesis of adipic acid is suitable for the student experiment.
