Fe基非晶合金涂层的微结构与性能研究

摘    要:利用超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)技术,在Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢基体上成功制备了Fe基非晶合金涂层. 并对涂层的微观组织结构、热稳定性和耐腐蚀性能等进行了研究. 结果表明,涂层具有较高的非晶相含量,呈典型的层状分布,组织均匀致密;在非晶基体相中弥散分布有少量团簇状和枝晶状的α-Fe固溶体析出相,其晶粒尺寸约为50~500nm;涂层具有较高的热稳定性,在879K以下使用不会发生晶化过程;涂层在质量分数为3.5%NaCl水溶液中存在明显的钝化现象,有较宽的钝化区间和较高的过钝化电位,呈现出优异的抗氯离子点蚀能力.
