| 摘 要： | 面向２１同校课程体系和实验教学改革，将给实验管理改革和建设带来新机遇与挑战，本文阐述了高校多年以来课程组设立实验室，在实验室管理体制上存在的弊端，并从加强高校实验管理与建设，充分发实验室科研，教学，培养学生能力，提高人才邮新的思路。

| Abstract: | The educational reforms of curricula and teaching of experiments will certainly bring a new opportunity and challenge to the reform and construction of the laboratories construction and management.This paper expounds on some disadvantages brought about by curricula based laboratory setup in the mamagement system of laboratories in universities and colleges.From the viewpoint of strenthening the management and construction of labortories and bringing labororories into full play in scientific research,teaching and developing students competency and qualities some new ideas have been advanced. |
