| Abstract: | There exist problems in practice of needy student subsidy system in colleges and universities.The subsidy system should be perfected in the following apects: confirmation of needy students,loaning mechanics,sustainability of finanicial aid and financing channels in order to give full play to the functions of the financing aid system. |
