磁场对泡沫钻井液流变性能的影响

摘    要:泡沫钻井液是一种适用于欠平衡钻井的新型低密度钻井液。采用试验方法研究了磁场对泡沫钻井液流变性能的影响程度 ,对磁处理前后泡沫钻井液的流变参数进行了对比。结果表明 ,磁处理能明显改变泡沫钻井液的性能 ,可以使塑性粘度和视粘度减小。磁处理能影响切应力的大小 ,动切力和静切力随磁处理条件的不同而有增有减 ,但它的流体性质并未改变

Abstract:Foam drilling fluid is a new-type low-density drilling fluid available for the unbalanced drilling. The influences of magnetic field on the properties of foam drilling fluid were studied experimentally. The rheology parameters of foam drilling fluid before and after magnetization were compared. The results indicate that the magnetization can obviously change the properties of the foam drilling fluid and reduce the plastic viscosity and visual viscosity of the magnetized foam drilling fluid. The dynamic shear force and the static shear force varied with the change of magnetic field strength. Although magnetic treatment can influence the shearing stress, the liquid property of the foam drilling fluid can keep stable.
