健美操普修课教学改革的思考

摘    要:根据近年来健美操的发展变化,在总结教学经验基础上,提出健美操的教学内容应及时吸收时尚新动作,并注重动作编排的流畅性。注重培养学生动作的韵律感、节奏感,激发学生的内在表现力。采用A B C的动作连接及教学形式,强调精讲多练。采用个人集体相结合的创编及考核方法,注重培养学生的创编能力的同时加强对学生教学能力的培养。

Abstract:with the development of aerobic exercises in recent years,on the basis of our teaching practice, we propose that the latest and poplar series of exercise be introduced to our training course and the fluidity of movements be stressed.We adopt the 'A+B+C' method in choreography and teaching practice,and emphasize that teachers should give abbreviate instructions, assigning more time for students to practice them.students are asked to edit both individual and team movement,and them practice them,students are scored by their performance in both aspects.We guide students to solidify their capability of being instructors, while we also put emphasis on developing students' ability to choreograph their exercise
