"和圣"现象的历史、文化解读

摘    要:“和圣”柳下惠,是“春秋”社会变革时代出现的一位偏于保守的历史人物,“安君利国”是其思想核心。孔子、孟子分别从“礼”学、“仁”学出发,对他作了肯定性道德评估,却缺乏具体历史分析。孔、孟后学为抬高自身地位、争夺话语权,在神化孔、孟的同时,也神化孔、孟曾肯定过的“和圣”。小生产的“民不自治”、依赖保护.是“恋圣”情结的社会文化土壤。应该努力避免对“圣人”迷信和轻蔑的两个极端,给古圣先贤以恰当的历史尊重,完成由“圣化”到“会民化”的历史转换。

Abstract:The "saint of peace" Liu xiahui was a conservative historical figure that came into the social stage in the reformational society of the Spring and Autumn period."To calm down the emperor and to benefit the state" was the core of his thought.Confucious and Mengzi positively evaluated his morality from different viewpoints of "ethical code" and "humanity",but their evaluations are lack of specific historical analysis.In order to raise the social positions and had the floor to speak,the followers of Confucious and Mengzi,while deifying Confucious and Mengzi,deified "the saint of peace" whom Confucious and Mengzi had ever spoken highly of.The lower producers' ideas of "ordinary people can't rule themselves" and "rely on protection" are the social and cultural soil of "loving the saint of peace" We should avoid the two extremes of admiring the saint blindly or scorning him completely,giving him our respect properly,and completing the transition from a saint to an ordinary person.
