| 摘 要： | 根据全国档案信息化建设纲要的精神,阐述了高校档案信息网络化的总目标及分阶段实现途径;分析了制约高校档案信息网络化进程的内外部因素;指出经济实力不强、基础设施落后和技术力量薄弱3个内部因素是导致高校档案信息网络化进程缓慢的直接原因;提出了建设高校档案信息网络化的若干对策.

| Abstract: | This paper starts with an introduction to national guidelines for information networking of archives and then proceeds to an elaboration on the overall objectives of information networking of archives at higher education institutions as well as specific measures to be taken at various stages of its enforcement.The paper also analyses the internal and external factors that hinder information networking with university archives,noting that weak financial strength, underdeveloped infrastructure and poor technical support together contribute to the faltering progress of information networking with university archives.Finally,a number of strategies are proposed for more efficient information networking with archives at higher educational institutions. |
