摘    要:使用高功率激光器在水约束条件下对0Cr18Ni9奥氏体不锈钢进行了冲击试验,通过研究冲击加载下奥氏体的组织与性能变化特征,得出了下述主要结果:0Cr18Ni9奥氏体不锈钢在室温条件下通过不同激光功率的冲击,出现加工硬化现象,且功率越高,变形量越大,加工硬化也越明显.15 J能量和25 J能量冲击时,材料的微观组织以孪晶为主;42 J 能量冲击时,奥氏体出现相变特征,发生类马氏体相变.随着冲击功率的提高,孪晶逐渐细化,并在42 J能量下出现明显的孪晶与位错的交互作用,孪晶界上有大量的位错团塞积.

Abstract:Impact test was carried out on the austenitic stainless steel 0Cr18Ni9 under the water confinement.By studying the change of the structure and performance,the main results show that the work-hardening by laser shock processing had emerged.The higher the power,the greater the deformation,work hardening was also more obvious.The main characteristic was twinned structure with the impact of energy 15 J and 25 J,and phase transformation occurred under 42 J energy shock.When the laser energy was increased to 42 J...
