摘    要:针对电力系统在遭受大的扰动后其暂态稳定性在线预测困难的问题,本文提出了一种类似于模式识别的在线快速预测方法.本方法适用于我国大多数电力系统,在装置的安装地点,根据就地测量量即能进行暂态稳定预测.研究表明,根据电力系统暂态稳定预测和控制的要求,使用本地测量量,能够对系统的稳定性进行预测,以便采取相应的控制措施.

Abstract:An on-line fast transient stability predicting method is described, in assessing power system transient stability, a pattern recognizing method is used. The specific feature of this method is that only on-site measurements are needed. This is of particular importance to China and most developing countries. The controller has been developed by a multi-level multi-microprocessor system based on the method proposed. It is shown that the controller is capable of identifying the operating conditions, the kind of faults that occur and their direction as well as location. Thus, due control action can be given.
