用Web技术实现档案信息资源共享的研究

当前我国档案部门开发的档案管理信息系统规模比较小 ,开发的软、硬件平台各异 ,并多运行于不同类型的主机、操作系统和数据库系统上 ,很不利于档案信息资源的共享 .以Web技术为基础 ,利用Internet/Intranet技术设计和研制开发的查询多种平台档案信息的管理系统 ,可支持多种软、硬件平台 (多种机型和操作系统 ) ,具有统一的用户界面、统一的语言格式、统一的传输协议 ,它既能保护已有的软、硬件资源 ,又不会浪费已经开发的档案管理信息系统 ,具有非常大的现实意义 .

Study of the realization of co-sharing archive information resource with Web technology

Nowadays the archive management information system(MIS) developed by the archive department of China is small scaled ,the hardware and software platform are different, which can be used in varied types of host computer ,operation systems and database systems, all this is not profitable to co share archive information resources. Based on Web technology and integrate the Internet/Intranet technology, the management system for querying various platform archive information is designed and developed, which can support various hardware and software platform(various types of machines and operation systems),and with the universal user scope, language form and transmission protocol, it can not only protect the existing hardware and software systems, but also not waste the developed archive MIS. It is of great realistic significance.
