| 摘 要： | 本文结合目前北京的全球通“畅听99套餐”、上海的“全球通68套餐”方案两种套餐资费方案，分析中国移动通信公司的营运数据和现行资费标准，研究手机资费与公司业务量以及业务收入之间的数量关系，建立了层次分析的结构模型和线性规划模型，对现有手机套餐资费方案提出评测准则，并建立了最优化理论模型设计出新的最优资费方案．

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the operative data and present price standard of China mobile communication corporation.Taking present "free listening 99 combination" of Beijing GoTone and "GoTone 68 combination " of Shanghai for example,it studies the quantitative relation,and sets up the level structure model and the linear scheme model.Meanwhile,the paper proposes a testing rule for present price scheme,establishes the theoretical optimized model and designs the newest and optimum charge scheme. |
