6BT曲轴扭振减振器试验研究

摘    要:曲轴扭振减振器是保证曲轴正常工作的重要零部件,为实现6BT发动机的国产化,曲轴扭振减振器必须通过货源鉴定试验。在货源鉴定试验中参考美国康明斯公司减振器的试验方法,将国产减震器的性能和可靠性与进口件作对比试验。依据试验结果找出进口件与国产件的差距,为该零件的国产化打下基础。就曲轴扭振减振器的性能和疲劳试验的测试方法作相关探讨。

Abstract:Crankshaft vibration damper is an important component to ensure smooth operation of crankshaft. In order to nationalize 6BT engine, all crankshaft vibration dampers must pass the source appraisal testing. In light of Cummins crankshaft vibration damper experiment ,property and reliability experiments are domestic and foreign crankshaft vibration damper, and the experimental results are compared. The method of crankshaft vibration damper property and reliability experiments are discussed.
