硫化镍棒的溶剂热合成及其电化学性能研究

摘    要:采用溶剂热的方法,以乙酸镍和硫脲为原料,乙二胺作为溶剂,在180℃下制备α与β混晶型硫化镍棒.利用XRD、SEM和EDS等分析手段对样品的形貌和化学组成进行表征.在1.0~3.0V时,制备的NiS样品的首次放电比容量为589.66mAh/g;在0.01~3.00V时,首次放电比容量为1 050.28mAh/g.初步探索出其容量衰减的原因.

Abstract:Nickel sulfide(α,β-NiS) rods were synthesized via a simple solvothermal process at 180 ℃ in the absence of template or surfactant.The sample was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS).At 1.0—3.0 V,the initial discharge capacity of the NiS electrode was 589.66 mAh/g.At 0.01—3.00 V,the initial discharge capacity of the NiS electrode was 1 050.28 mAh/g.The reason for its rapid loss of capacity was briefly discussed.
