自吸效应─原子吸收光谱分析研究

摘    要:本文对自吸效应-原子吸收光谱分析的原理作了进一步探讨。通过实验考察了宽、窄脉冲电流对原子吸收系数k_(la)和k_(ha)的影响,通过测试求得自吸效应-原子吸收法测定银等8种元素灵敏度的下降率和精密度。观测了空气-乙炔火焰的背景吸收以及自吸效应校正谱线重叠干扰的能力,并成功地测定了酒中的锌。

Abstract:The principles on self absorption effect atomic absorption spectrometrywere inquired.The effect of boat and narrow pulse current on atomic absorption coeficiencywere experimently investigated.The decreasing rates of sensitivity for 8 kinds of elementswere determined when used self absorption effect correction technique.The backgroundabsorption from air─acetylene flame and ability of the background correction techniquewere examined. Zinc in alcohol drinks were determined by flame atomic absorptionspectrometry using self absorption effect correction technique with satisfactory results.
