| 摘 要： | 采用文献计量学的方法，对中国1998—2001年以“教师队伍建设”等字为篇名所发表的论文进行了统计比较，指标涉及论文年度分布、作者的地区分布、发表期刊的类别和研究方法四个方面；得出了四年期间中国1998—2001年教师队伍建设研究基本的动态特点。

| Abstract: | By employing a method of metric philological approach, the author attempts to conduct a statistical analysis on the research papers, addressing the question of Teachers' Development', published in Chinese Journals from 1998 to 2001. And the author discusses four main aspects concerning the papers' annual distribution, place of authorship, ranking of journals and their research methods. The paper finally draws a basic conclusion about the research orientations of the papers devoting to the teachers' development. |
