在生化反应中一类高次多项式微分系统的定性分析

摘    要:作者研究了一类来自生化反应的n次多项式微分系统。利用计算机代数系统的分解、截尾、消去、约简、伪除等技术,首先给出了平衡点的定性性质,进而分析了由实参数a,b和整参数p,q所产生的Hopf分岔。

Abstract:The author considered a polynomial differential system of high degree,whic was given from a general multi-molecular reaction in biochemistry as a theoreti cal problem of concentration kinetics. The high degree of polynomials involves many difficulties. Using techniques of decomposition, truncation,elimination and resultant with computer algebra system, the author first gave qualitative prope rties of equilibria, and then analyzed its Hopf bifurcation both for real parameters and for integer parameters.
