| 摘 要： | 为了解决传统线束由于车载电器不断增加而带来的复杂性问题,提出了一种用于连接汽车电器系统的不变线束系统。该种线束系统利用了汽车智能化电器接口的趋同化,接插件标准化,网络线束一致化,包括控制器局域网(CAN)线束、局域网络(LIN)线束和电力线束3种线束。基于该线束系统的特点,提出了2种对三维布局的方法。将该线束应用于一辆国产客车的电气系统,并进行了三维布局,实验结果表明,利用该线束系统进行汽车电器的连接是可行的,且比传统线束大大简化。
