将菏泽打造成区域中心城市的思路研究

菏泽具有区位条件优越、交通网络便捷、矿产资源丰富、政策环境良好、发展氛围浓厚等打造鲁苏豫皖交界地区中心城市的有利条件；菏泽应按照科学规划城市发展、积极拓展城市空间、加快城市设施建设、提升城市产业支撑、突出生态城市特色、创新城市管理模式的基本思路,并采取消除户籍制度障碍、促进人口有序转移、统筹城乡社会保障、突破土地供给“瓶颈”、积极筹措城建资金、加大督导考核力度等保障措施,将其打造成鲁苏豫皖交界地区中心城市.

A Research on the Train of Thought of Building Heze City into the Regional Central City

Heze City has advantages of building the Regional Central City at the border of Lu –su-yu-wan of location condition is superior,traffic network is conveniet,mineral resourses is rich,policy environment is good and development atmosphere is strong.Heze City should be in accordance with the basic train of thought of scientific planning urban development,actively expanding urban space,speeding up urban infrastructure construction,upgrading urban industry support,prominenting ecological urban features and innovating urban management mode,and take the supporting measures of eliminating census register system obstacles,promoting the orderly transfer of population,coordinating of urban and rural social security,breakthroughing the bottleneck of land supply,actively raise urban construction funds and increasing the supervisory and examination,and build it into the Regional Central City at the border of Lu –su-yu-wan.
