葡萄酒评价的理化指标研究

摘    要:葡萄酒的质量和其理化指标间存在一定的关系;首先运用主成分分析法建立数学模型,通过对数据的分析与处理,提取出葡萄酒的主要理化指标;然后运用曲面拟合得出了葡萄酒质量和葡萄酒的2个主要指标间的函数关系,并通过三维仿真图,更加直观地显示得出理化指标对葡萄酒质量的影响。

Abstract:There is certain relation between the quality of wine and its physical and chemical index.This paper firstly uses principal component analysis to set up mathematical model, determines main physical and chemical indicators of the wine by analyzing and processing the data, then uses surface fitting to obtain function relation between the wine quality and two main indicators of the wine and intuitively illustrates the influence of physical and chemical index on the wine quality by three-dimensional simulation.
