| 摘 要： | 随着2007年重庆市被批准为全国统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区，2009年统筹城乡改革全面推进，重庆市统筹城乡发展已经进行5年；首先对城乡统筹进行了定义，然后根据统筹城乡发展指标体系的设计原则，建立了由4个一级指标共21个二级指标构成的统筹城乡发展评价指标体系；最后结合重庆市的实际情况，对重庆市统筹城乡发展的状况做了进一步的分析。

| Abstract: | With the advance of Chongqing＇ s National Overall Urban and Rural Comprehensive Reform Pilot Zone approved by Chinese Government in 2007 and overall urban and rural development reform in 2009, Chongqing＇ s overall urban and rural development has developed for five years. This paper firstly defines overall urban and rural development, then builds overall urban and rural development index system consisting of 21 second-level indicators and 4 first-level indicators based on the design principle of overall urban and rural development index system, and finally further analyzes the status quo of Chongqing＇ s overall urban and rural development based on Chongqing＇ s reality. |
