| 摘 要： | 在专家(利益相关者)数量较多的群体评价中,为了尽量体现各方案(或被评价对象)之间的差异,而又得出群体可接受的一致性结论,提出了一种兼顾差异性与一致性的大规模群体评价方法.首先在最大限度体现方案间差异的基础上,以差异稳定为依据进行群体意见类别划分,以保证同一意见类内不同专家之间评价结论的一致性;然后以"类影响力"为依据进行类间信息的集结,以得出一个群体可接受的一致性结论.最后给出了一个应用例,说明了方法的有效性.
