摘    要:从液化石油气(LPG)常温压力储存的储罐壁厚、加工技术、板材来源、安全性等问题出发,讨论了常温压力储存的局限性并与低温储存方式相比较,提出在我国采用低温储存技术确可减少壁厚、增加单体罐容及降低投资等,探讨了气源供应方式和质量、气象条件、罐材及保温材料等主要因素对LPG低温储存的影响.研究表明,低温压力法适用于我国四季分明的地区,北方地区可以低温常压法为主,南方地区仍以常温压力法为主.此外,低温常压法对大批量储存和进口低温LPG更为适宜.

Abstract:The limitation of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) at normal temperature under pressure (NTP) storage process has been discussed concerning the thickness of storage wall, machining technology, plate source, process security, etc. The results show that the technology of low temperature storage process can decrease the thickness of storage wall, increase the single storage volume, and it needs smaller investment than that of the NTP. The influence factors for low temperature process such as LPG source and quality, meteorological element, the material of plate, heat insulator are also studied in this paper.The results also show that LPG at low temperature under pressure process is suitable for the most middle part of China, NTP process can be used in the south area, and low temperature under atmosphere process fits to the north part of our country.
