基于能力培养的管理学课程立体化教学法研究

根据现代社会对管理类人才要求日趋提高的形势,以建构主义理论为指导,多媒体网络技术为支持,提出管理学教学应进行全方位、多层面、立体化改革的建议。阐述了立体化教学法的概念,并且重点研究了立体化教学法在管理学教学中的应用,认为在教学观念、教学手段以及学生考核方面要实现立体化,以此培养学生的创新能力。

Study on Three-dimensional Teaching Approach of Management Based on Ability Development

In order to meet the increasing demand of the modern society to person of ability of management,based on the theory of structural doctrine,Supported by the technology of multimedia,this paper puts forward that the teaching of management must reform through practice comprehensively and three dimensionally.First,the paper expounds the concept of the three-dimensional approach of teaching.Then,it researches how the three-dimensional approach of teaching was applied in the management teaching in idea,method and checking,to develop the students' ability of innovation.
