| 摘 要： | 分析了当前中国自来水行业民营化改革的历史进程，阐述了自来水行业民营化过程中三个重要的问题，即定价问题、民营化的模式选择问题、现行规制体制的改革问题。并探讨了推进自来水行业民营化改革的政策，旨在推动自来水行业民营化改革健康、有序进行。

| Abstract: | The historical progress of privatization reformation of city water industry in China was briefly analyzed. Three critical questions about price setting, mode selection of privatization, and reformation of current regulations and systems, were elaborated comprehensively. The policies of improving privatization reformation of city water industry were also investigated with the motivation to promote healthy and organized reformation. |
