| 摘 要： | 深弹贮存寿命试验是考核产品寿命能否达到可靠性指标的关键内容,目的是检验在包装箱内、仓库保管条件下,深弹贮存寿命是否满足研制要求。贮存寿命试验方法的设计和实施直接影响试验的可靠性水平。目前,国外常用自然环境贮存试验监测法和加速寿命试验评估法估计深弹的贮存寿命。自然环境贮存试验数据真实可靠,试验周期长,难以实现;加速寿命试验是在既不改变产品的故障机制又不增加新的故障机制的前提下,提高试验应力,加速产品的故障进程,缩短试验时间,根据试验结果估计出正常应力下的产品寿命。针对影响深弹贮存寿命的主要因素和灵敏参量,依据深弹贮存寿命与温度等因素的关系,基于阿伦尼斯加速方程,设计了恒定应力加速寿命试验方法来评估深弹贮存寿命。
