钢/铁双金属复合材料的离心铸造工艺及界面控制

摘    要:利用复合离心铸造工艺制备了碳钢/高铬铸铁双金属复合材料钻井泵缸套,确定了复合离心铸造的工艺参数,设计了阶梯升温的热处理工艺,并对内套材料的组织和性能进行了测试.研究表明:所设计的17CrMoCu高铬铸铁内套材料的耐磨性明显优于原工艺所用的18Cr高铬铸铁;选择合理的参数(铸型转速、金属液浇注温度、2种金属液浇注时间间隔)以及加入防氧化剂,可使碳钢与17CrMoCu达到牢固的冶金结合,且内、外套之间没有出现裂纹、气孔、夹杂等缺陷;采用阶梯升温的热处理工艺,可以避免双金属缸套在热处理时出现裂纹等缺陷.

Abstract:A bimetal drill pump liner with outer layer of carbon steel and inner layer of high chromium cast iron 17CrMoCu was manufactured by centrifugal casting. The wear resistance of the high chromium cast iron, the centrifugal casting process for the bimetal liner, and the heat treat- ment process were investigated systematically. The results indicate that the wear resistance of 17CrMoCu is obviously outperforms that of primal 18Cr, and the bimetal liner with firm metallurgical binding is obtained when the centrifugal casting parameters, such as rotating speed of mold, pouring temperature of the liquid metals, pouring interval between the different liquid metals, and the anti-oxidizing agent are suitably selected. Heating up by stages effectively prevents the liner from cracks during heat treatment.
