摘    要:开放教育要提高办学质量,其着力点在于正确引导学员改进和完善学习风格,因为良好的学习风格是保证教育质量的前提和基础。由于现代远程开放教育区别于一般的传统教育,作为教育管理的教师在吸纳国内外学者关于学习风格研究成果的基础上,要全力探究适合开放教育的学习风格,厘出有效提升开放教育学习质量的相关因素,设计应对措施和应对策略,尽力构建导引模式和运行机制,努力摸索开放教育教学管理行动方向和行动路径,为深化开放教育内涵建设发挥应有的作用。

Abstract:In order to improve the teaching quality of open education,it is necessary to focus on guiding students to improve and refine the learning styles because a good learning style is the prerequisite and basis to ensure the quality of education.As open and distance education is now different from the traditional education,the managerial teachers should not only assimilate the result of learning style from domestic and foreign scholars,but also explore the learning style for open education;sort out relevant factors to improve the quality of open education effectively;design countermeasures and strategies;build the guided mode and operation mechanism;explore action direction and action path of teaching management;play a role in deepening the construction of open educational content.
