基于CMAC的流体压力水锤控制

摘    要:飞机液压系统的压力脉动是造成液压元件提前疲劳损坏的重要原因之一。飞机液压系统压力脉冲试验是产生压力水锤考核液压元件寿命的重要设备。由于该设备的数学模型是一个分布参数的非线性系统,且受到试验件的影响,较难有效的实施快速控制。提出一种CMAC与传统控制相结合的并行控制方案,利用CMAC的分类存储与传统控制的微调作用较好的实现了水锤的快速精确控制。仿真试验表明,能大大缩短波形的调整时间,且具有较强的自适应能力和鲁棒性。

Abstract:Pressure impulse of airplane hydraulic system is one of important reasons which cause hydraulic component fatigue damage earlier.Pressure impulse test of airplane hydraulic system is the vital equipment which produces pressure hammer and tests the lifetime of hydraulic component.The mathematic model of equipment is nonlinear system of distributed parameter,which is influenced by test component,thus it is difficult to carry out effective control.A parallel control project combining CMAC and traditional control was put forward which realized quick and accurate control to water hammer using the ability of CMAC's classifying information storage and adjustment of traditional control.The simulation shows that the method can shorten time adjusting wave and has better capacity of adaptive and robustness.
