| 摘 要： | 推导了两上应力下恒加试验中加速方程的三个系数A0，A1，A2基于最优线性无偏估计的最优线性不变估计，并证明该估计好于传统的不变估计，从而提高了小子样情况下估计的精度。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a new BLIE (Best Linear Invariable Estimation), based on BLUE(Best unbiased estimation), of the three coefficients of the acceleration equation in the in-stress acceleration life test, and proves that the estimation is superior to the traditional estimation, improving the BLUE accuracy in the case of small samples. |
