福建省入境旅游发展的制约因素及其对策

福建省旅游服务贸易发展迅速，国际旅游人数持续增长，旅游创汇能力不断增强，旅游贸易已成为推动福建省经济发展的新动力。同时，福建省旅游服务贸易发展也存在诸如入境旅游客源市场结构较集中、区域发展差距较大、旅游企业经营管理落后、旅游产品开发水平不高、旅游市场监管水平较低等制约因素。论证福建省入境旅游服务贸易发展现状，对促进其发展提出基于政府、行业及企业3个层面的相应对策。

Restrictive Factors and Countermeasures for Development of Inbound Tourism in Fujian

With the rapid development of tourism service trade in Fujian, the number of inbound tourists had been increasing and the capacity of foreign exchange earnings had been strengthening, the tourism trade had become a new power for economic development in Fujian. Meanwhile, tourism service trade also had some constraints in Fujian, such as concentrated tourist market of inbound tourism, unbalanced development among regions, backward management of tourism enterprises, low development of tourism products and low level of tourism supervision, etc. In this paper, we had analyzed the current situation of inbound tourism service trade and countermeasures in Fujian based on fields of governments, industries and enterprises. It could promote the development of inbound tourism in Fujian.
