生态省建设背景下的安徽省会经济圈生态补偿效益评价

生态补偿效益评价是生态补偿机制研究的重要内容之一。利用SPSS15．0软件，采用2001-2011年安徽省会经济圈城市统计数据，运用主成分分析法，对安徽省会经济圈生态补偿效益进行综合评价。结果表明：2003年以前环境恶劣补偿效果相对较差，自2004年生态省建设以来，生态补偿效益逐渐改善，2007年后生态补偿效果明显改善，安徽生态省建设中实施的生态保护措施促进补偿效益的提高，本研究为生态建设和补偿政策实施提供可行的评价方法。

Evaluation of Ecological Compensation Benefit in the Economic Circle of Provincial Capital with Ecological Province Construction in Anhui

Ecological compensation benefit evaluation is one of the important aspects of ecological compensation. Accoramg to me statistic data acquired from the cities located at the economic circle of provincial capital from 2001 to 2011 and the assessment model constructed by principal component analysis with the help of SPSS software, comprehensive evaluation is given based on the constructed evaluation model. The results showed that the adverse circumstance compensation effect is relative worse in the first three years. The situation was improving since 2004, especially after 2007. This is consistent with the process of ecological province construction in study area. It could offer a new feasible evaluation method for ecological construction and compensation policy.
