摘    要:多杀菌素是新型生物源农药,系刺糖多孢菌的次级代谢产物。在单因子实验基础上,采用Plackett—Burman实验设计方法,优化了刺糖多孢菌培养条件。结果筛选出初始pH值、培养温度、摇瓶转速、摇瓶装液量4个因子,为本实验奈件下影响刺糖多孢菌生物量的主效因子,4因子贡献率总和达90.8%,建立了回归模型Y=7.73-0.63x1+0.42x5-0.20x7+0.20x8,决定系数R^2=0.9767,调整决定系数R^2=0.9359,方差分析表明模型显著,生物量最大预测值可达9.18g/L。

Abstract:Spinosad is a novel biological pesticide, which is secondary metabolites of Saccharopolyspora spinosa. On the basis of single factor experiments, optimization of culture conditions of Saccharopolyspora spinosa was studied by Plackett-Burman design.- Four main effect factors were screened out, including initial pH value, culture temperature, shaking speed, liquid volume, and their contribution to the model amounts to 90. 8%. Tile model was established, Y= 7. 73-0. 63x1 +0. 42x5 -0. 20x7 +0. 20x8, which was significant model by analysis of variance. The model's determination coefficient R-Squared was 0. 9767 and adjusted determination coefficient R-Squared was 0. 9359. According to the model, maximum predictive value of Saccharopolyspora spinosa biomass is 9. 18 g/L.
