| 摘 要： | 顶芽或腋芽在添加６－苄基氨基嘌呤（６－ＢＡ）３ｐｐｍ和萘乙酸（ＮＡＡ）０．５ｐｐｍ的ＭＳ培养基培养３０ｄ，长４－６ｃｍ，腋芽３－７个。此时，将它们分切成单芽切段，围到添加６－ＢＡ２ｐｐｍ的ＭＳ培养基，继代培养周期２１ｄ，繁殖系数５－８。芽长２－３ｃｍ时用添加吲哚丁酸（ＩＢＡ）１ｐｐｍ的ＭＳ培养基进行生根培养，培养２１ｄ，生根率８７％，移载成活率９３％。

| Abstract: | Apical buds or axillary buds were cultured on the MS medium supplemented with benzylaminopurine (6-BA) 3 mg/L and naphthalene-acetic acid (NAA) 0.5 mg/L for 30 d. They grew to be 4~6 cm in length with 3~7 axillary buds. Then, they were cut into segments with one bud,and cultured on MS medium supplemented with 6-BA 2 mg/L for subculture. Subculture cycle was 21 d and multiplication rate was 5~8. Buds were cultured on MS medium supplemented with indolebutyric acid (IBA) 1 mg/L for rooting when length of them was 2~3 cm. Rooting rate was 87% and 93% rooting plantlets were successfully transplanted to pots in the greenhouse. |
