信息生物学刍议

摘    要:提出分子生物学以生命信息流的运动(生命信息的遗传,传输,控制与表达)的基本规律为核心,按实证性和理性相结合的原则重新建立或组织的研究路线,把这样建立或组织起来的分子生物学称为信息生物学.提出信息生物学应包含至少两方面的规律,一是编码信息量的扩增规律,二是信息系统的精确性,容错性和热力学有序性.尝试采用比较清晰的逻辑形式表达上述两方面5条基本规律为中心的信息生物学内容.

Abstract:Several fundamental laws on the flow of life information(its heredity,transmission,regulation and expression)are tentatively proposed and investigated.The first law is the universal growing of coding information quantity in a genome in the molecular evolution.The second law is the coding sequence diversity of a genome approaching to the maximum value under various functional constraints.The third is the decoding error in information transmission of the life system decreasing with the increase of information redundancy and the possibility of precise transmission by using large enough redundancy and simultaneously satisfying transmission rate near the channel capacity.The fourth is the scale free,the modularity and the error-tolerance of the biological network.The fifth is the thermodynamical orderness of the information system maintained by output of entropy to the environment.The latter three are three approaches designed for the precision and robustness of life system.It is suggested that the molecular biology should be re-expressed,partly at least,following these(and other) fundamental laws in the spirit of the integration of experimentalism and rationalism.
