| 摘 要： | 综述了铁电薄膜研究的新进展，分析了铁电薄膜不同制备方法的优缺点。重点介绍了铁电薄膜在铁电存储器及热释红外探测器方面的应用。指出了目前铁电薄膜及器件设计研究需要重点解决的一些问题。

| Abstract: | Recent studies on ferroelectric thin films are reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages of different methods for preparing ferroeleectric thin films are discussed.Applications of the films,especially in ferroelectric memories and pyroelectric infrared detectors are described.Some key problems needed to be solved in their design and deveolopment are pointed out. |
