| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、专家咨询法、录像观察法等方法，根据长跑技术的演变及发展趋势，结合生物力学原理，探讨世界长跑技术发展规律，找出我国中长跑技术的缺陷，提出发展的方向，为29届奥运会中国该项目再创辉煌献计献策。 |

| Abstract: | By using the method of documentary , video and mathematical statistical, the paper find the shortcoming in race about the skill and draw the suggestions on how to raise the level of the long-distance and the through which the development of the skill and the theory of. biomechanical to research the rule of long-distance-running. This paper give several suggestions to gain the new achievement in the 29 Olympic. |
