摘    要:中温干法烟气脱硫技术中,循环流化床反应器内有很大一部分循环床料为粉煤灰。为研究中温干法在脱硫同时实现脱硝的潜力,该文对700~900℃下,硫化前后的粉煤灰对于NH3的氧化和NO还原的催化效果进行了研究。结果表明:硫化前的粉煤灰由于含有CaO、Fe2O3等物质,具有将NH3氧化成NO的性质;经过硫化后的粉煤灰,由于其表面的CaO被硫化成CaSO4,而具有一定的催化NH3还原NO的效果。这表明粉煤灰的存在对于中温干法联合脱除是有利的。在中温同时脱硫脱硝中,制备脱除剂时应当采用低铁含量的粉煤灰。

Abstract:Fly ash from PC boilers is the majority of the bed material in circulating fluidized-bed reactors for moderate temperature desulfurization.The potential for denitrification together with desulfurization was analyzed by studying the catalytic effect of the fly ash on the NH3 oxidation before and after sulfation at 700~900 ℃.CaO and Fe2O3 will oxidize NH3 to NO;however,after sulfation the CaO on the fly ash surface is converted to CaSO4 which catalyzes NH3 to reduce the NO.Overall,the results suggest that fly ash promotes the simultaneous removal of SO2 and NOx.Low iron ash is preferred for the sorbent.
