摘    要:为研究干燥过程对垃圾热值变化的影响,本文配制了不同水分的模拟垃圾放入马弗炉内加热干燥,模拟垃圾在干燥床上的加热过程,并对干燥后的"乏垃圾"进行了工业分析、热值分析,拟合出"乏垃圾"的热值公式,获得了垃圾水分、温度及加热时间对"乏垃圾"热值的影响。通过动力学计算分别得出干燥和热解的活化能和指前因子,并分析对"乏垃圾"热值的影响。试验研究表明,低水分垃圾在低温下干燥,"乏垃圾"的热值在水分蒸干时达到最大,而对高水分垃圾,在较高干燥温度下,热值峰值早于水分蒸干时间出现。本文成果可用来指导选择炉排-循环床复合垃圾焚烧炉的干燥温度和干燥时间。

Abstract:In order to study the influences of drying on the heating value of waste artificial wastes with different moisture were heated in a Muffle furnace and then taken out as spent waste.The heating value and proximate analysis of spent waste then were conducted and the correlation between heating value and proximate analysis was also obtained.The influences of waste moisture,temperature and heating time on the heating value of spent waste were experimentally investigated.The activation energy and pre-exponential factors of drying and pyrolysis were calculated for illustrating the heating value changing trend.The experiments indicated that the heating value of spent waste stemming from low moisture waste reaches maximum when the moisture of waste is completely released at low drying temperature.On the contrary,the heating value maximum occurs earlier than the waste moisture dry out when the high moisture waste is heated at high temperature.The results of this paper can be used to a reference for the drying temperature and time at the drying bed of the grate-CFB incinerator.
