| 摘 要： | 揭示了邵阳市农村乡镇体育活动发展状况，经费、场地设施以及组织管理机构设置．运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计法、访问调查等方法，对邵阳市所属的12个县市区农村乡镇体育状况进行研究,总结了邵阳市农村乡镇体育的现状，分析了影响农村乡镇体育发展的主要因素，提出了发展农村乡镇体育的对策.

| Abstract: | On the basis of some documents,questionaires ,statistics and interviews,an investigation has been made on the current conditions of the physical culture and sports in twelve centuries of Shaoyang city,funds,sports facilities and organizations in management.In this paper were analyzed the main factors which affect develpment of the physical culture and sports in the countries, and put forward some countermeasure to improve the situation. |
