| Abstract: | This article enalyzes the significance of web-assisted college foreign language learning(Web Learning)in the light of Constructivism and Motivation theoryand suggests the role of Web Learning in the development of student's general quality, from the angle of social- psycholgy,esplain the weakness of web learning in the development of students' communicative skill,being inefficent in helping the student to command the non-verbal language and the cultural restiction to communication. |
