新疆五个少数民族眼色、遗传基因及频率的比较研究

文章对新疆维吾尔族、柯尔克孜族、塔吉克族、乌孜别克族、哈萨克族等五个民族的眼色、辩色力、眼睑、眼形、优势眼、视力等六对相对遗传性状进行了对比研究。结果表明,控制眼色的隐性基因频率,如蓝眼:在塔吉克族人群中最高为0.0211,而乌孜别克族、哈萨克族、柯尔克孜族、维吾尔族人群中基本上都在0.0025~0.0044之间,在眼睑特征中,柯尔克孜族与哈萨克族单眼睑性状频率高于维吾尔族、乌孜别克族与塔吉克族等三个民族,在眼形上柯尔克孜族与哈萨克族眼形较小,维吾尔族与乌孜别克族居中,塔吉克族眼形较大,总体来讲,维吾尔族与哈萨克族,柯尔克孜族,乌孜别克族等三个民族之间的基因频率差异不显著,而维吾尔族与塔吉克族之间的基因频率差异较显著;塔吉克族与维吾尔族,哈萨克族,柯尔克孜族,乌孜别克族之间的差异较显著;优势眼,视力,辩色力等遗传性状上五个民族之间无明显差异。

A Comparative Study on Eye Colours, Genetic Traits and Gene Frequencies of Five Xinjiang Minoritites

This study indicates that on eyelid the minorities of Uygur, Uzbek, Kazakh and Kirghiz comparatively approaches, and that Tajik differs from the above four in meaningful glance and recessive gene frequency. Regarding the blue eye decided by gene frequency, Tajik is the highest with 0. 0211, while Kirghiz, Kazakh, Uzbek and Uygur basically all paces back and forth between 0. 0025-0. 0044. Table 2 shows that five minorities in Xinjiang has similarities and differences. In brief Xinjiang minorities has certain differeneesfrom the innerland peoples, thus making them bear the unique western region character and appereance.
