| 摘 要： | 对最近频发的上市公司污染违规事件进行分析,认为新近实施的＂绿色证券制度＂在上市公司环保核查、环境信息披露和环境绩效评估等方面,存在制度和操作规则亟待完善、地方保护和违法成本过低等问题,对如何完善中国＂绿色证券制度＂提出了相关政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper explores the frequent pollution incidents in China＇s listed companies recently.It is stated that the operating rules of the ＂green securities system＂ in the listed companies are imperfect from the aspects of environmental inspection,environmental information disclosure and environmental performance evaluation,etc.Problems such as local protection and weak law enforcement still exist,which have affected the implementation of the system.Strategies and proposal concerning the perfection of the system are provided. |
