| 摘 要： | 唐律是中华法系的代表，唐律在完成后不仅对此后中国的法制产生了巨大的影响，也给隔海相望的日本带来了很深远的影响。本文试图从唐律的形式、内容、基本精神等几个方面出发分别分析其究竟对古代日本律令产生了怎样的影响。
