| Abstract: | This paper analyses the mechanics characters of a balance jack of the shield support,and their effects on the bearing capability of support.It also discusses the resistance and the law of change in the support system when the support is under different loads.With a view to enlarging the ideal bearing size of the shield support,the writer also presents a way to decide the main parameters of a balance jack. |
