纳米颗粒低温摩尔热容特性

摘    要:
为研究纳米颗粒低温热容特性,用扫描电子显微镜测定纳米颗粒试样粒径;在108—385 K,用精密低温绝热量热计测定纳米颗粒试验的摩尔热容,拟合出摩尔热容与热力学温度的函数关系式.实验数据与其对应的其他粒径纳米颗粒的热容文献数据和粗晶热容数据比较结果表明,纳米颗粒的摩尔热容基本随纳米颗粒尺寸的减小而递增.

Abstract:
To study the characteristics of low-temperature heat capacity of nano grains,the size of nano grains was determined by using scanning electron microscope(SEM).The molar heat capacity of nano grains was measured with high precision adiabatic low-temperature calorimeter from 108 K to 385 K,and the relationship between molar heat capacity and thermodynamic temperature was established.The measured molar heat capacity values were compared with those of nano grains in other size and coarse crystal grains cited fr...
