发酵液中肌苷含量测定方法的讨论

摘    要:对发酵液中肌苷的分离测定方法进行了比较研究,实验表明,层析法、离子交换法和高效液相色谱法具有良好的相关性,经过数理统计分析,认为离子交换法是既简单,又准确的一种测定方法。确定了离子交换法的操作条件,并绘制了回归曲线用以校正其测定值。

Abstract:This experiment reported the methods of isolation and determination of inosine in the fermented solution.The test show that Paper-chromatography,Ion-exchange and HPLC have a good relationship,Ion-exchange is simple and more accurate than the others by statistics analysis.The best operat condition of Ionexchange was obtained and detected data can be corrected with regression equation.
