磁场引起人红细胞融合的研究

摘    要:本文报道了细胞磁融合的方法。将人红细胞用生理盐水离心洗涤(1500转/分,5分钟)2—3次,再用蛋白酶(2—3mg/ml)处理30分钟之后,置细胞悬液于磁场(磁场强度1—5×10~3奥斯特)中30—45分钟,制片、镜检,发现磁场可促进人红细胞融合。本实验还发现细胞融合率与被融合细胞所处磁场强度及其在磁场中的时间长度可能具有一定的相关性。本文根据实验结果,探讨了蛋白酶预先处理对于细胞融合的意义,细胞融合与磁场的关系。

Abstract:This paper reports the discovery that the magnetic field can induce human red blood cellfusion. A few drops of human blood were dispersed in 20 ml of physiological saline andcentrifuged at 1500 rpm for 5 minutes, which was redundant for 2 or 3 times, then it wasremoved into the magnetic field for about 3O--45 minutes after the proteinase (2-3mg/ml)treatment wes performed for 30 minutes. The cell suspension was placed on a pre--cle anedslide previously in physiological saline and observed under the olympus microscope, atleasta microphotograph will be got. Meanwhile it seems to be shown that a interrelation existseither between the cell fusion and the magnetic intensity or the time gradient at which thecell is in magnetic field. On the base of the test results thein terpelation was studied either between the cell fusionand the magnetic field or the proteinase treatment.
